Music Retreat 2018 Here we Come!!

Well our retreat is finally upon us!  As you prepare, please remember the following:

1. We are meeting at Howe at 8am sharp on Wednesday morning.
   
2. Please eat an ample breakfast, and remember to bring a bag lunch on Wednesday.  The first meal the Ranch will be providing is dinner at 5pm on Wednesday.
3. If your child has medication that needs to be administered by an adult, we need written permission from you in order to do that.  Please email me back with that permission and administration details.
4. Please ensure that your child has each item on the what-to-bring checklist (attached).  If you are concerned about them not having something please let me know in advance.
5. Some students still have not brought in the necessary forms.  Double check this with your child.
6. Please make sure ALL your luggage is CLEARLY LABELLED with tape and a sharpie.  Doing this ahead of time will save possible loss, as well as time for us!
7. Remember to add mosquito repellant to your checklist
8. In addition to your instrument, please remember to bring your sheet music.  Sheet music should be stored in your luggage.
